Terms of Service
Effective date: January 1, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the pool-care services and membership programs offered by The Saturday Pool Club ("the Club," "we," or "us"), a pool-service company licensed and operating in Scottsdale, Arizona (AZ ROC # — placeholder). By engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
Services
We provide residential pool-care services including water chemistry management, equipment inspection, cleaning, and seasonal services as described in the membership tier you select. The specific scope of each visit is determined by the membership tier in effect at that time. We will notify you before undertaking any repair or additional service that falls outside your membership tier and will provide a written price before proceeding.
Membership and billing
Monthly memberships (such as The Standing Visit) are billed at the beginning of each service month. Seasonal packages (such as The Season) are billed as described at the time of enrollment. One-time services (such as The Weekend Rescue) are invoiced upon completion. Invoices are due within ten business days of issuance.
There are no long-term contracts. Monthly memberships may be cancelled at any time with seven days' written notice before the next billing date. Cancellations received after that point will be processed for the following billing cycle. No refunds are issued for partial months already billed, except in the case of a move or property sale.
The Weekend Rescue guarantee
For The Weekend Rescue service, we guarantee the pool will be swim-clear by Friday noon following an on-site visit within 24 hours of booking. If the pool is not swim-clear by that time and weather or third-party interference is not the cause, the service fee will be waived in full.
Access to the property
You agree to provide us with lawful access to the pool and relevant equipment areas on each scheduled service day. We will not knock or disturb the household. Gates must be unlocked or we must have a valid gate code. If we are unable to access the pool on a scheduled visit through no fault of ours, that visit is forfeited without credit for that service occurrence, though we will make a reasonable effort to reschedule.
Chemicals and equipment
We provide all standard water-treatment chemicals as part of the membership fee. Equipment parts, filter media, and replacement components are billed at cost plus a 15% handling fee, with prior written approval required. We are not responsible for pre-existing equipment failures or structural conditions of the pool discovered during service.
Limitation of liability
Our liability for any claim arising from services rendered is limited to the total amount paid for the service occurrence giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including, without limitation, damages arising from weather events, acts of third parties, or pre-existing conditions.
We carry commercial general liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage as required by Arizona law. A certificate of insurance is available on request.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Maricopa County, Arizona under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Each party bears its own attorneys' fees unless the arbitrator finds a claim was filed in bad faith.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to active members by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of our services after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
